Carol has an intuitive sensibility when it comes to finding the right home for her client. I found my first home with Carol and I couldn't be happier with the process. I thought I knew exactly what, how and where I wanted to live and thankfully through the process and listening to Carol's advice I ended up somewhere a little different than I expected but exactly where I needed to be. She was able to handle the difficult personalties of other agents not only professionally but thoughtfully. I had such a great time during the arduous process of escrow thanks to Carol's knowledge, efficiency and wit.

Carol Corcoran was an absolute dream to work with. She acknowledged my unfamiliarity with the area, steered me clear of neighborhoods that were less desirable, and was extremely agile in managing both my expectations and my constantly-changing point of view once I did become familiar with "what's out there." I give her perfect grades for patience and stick-to-it-iveness. I am not an "easy" client, and her 12 years of negotiation experience came in handy when, more than once, we made offers that--eventually--sellers accepted AFTER we had moved on to newer, better, and--finally--THE home I now call my own. A scale of ten does not do Carol justice!

She is the ONLY broker who responded to my emails to a number of other brokers asking to see properties over the July 4th weekend and, as a result and through her professionalism, expertise and determination, she has secured the property that we are about to close. Carol is a skilled professional and provided me with exceptional counsel during my recent purchase in Palm Springs. She personally previewed all properties before even considering showing them to me to guarantee that our short time together would be best utilized. During the short escrow period she continued to watch out for my best interests by coordinating the home inspection and interviewing contractors on my behalf. I only wish I could have utilized her as my representation on my simultaneous out-of-state sell! 5 stars all around. A true professional.

I had a very tough assignment for my realtor here in the Palm Springs area. I wanted to find a home to buy in La Quinta with a list of must haves that included a large garage for two cars a motorcycle and a golf cart. I needed it to be on a golf course with a great view and adjacent to a green. I also needed some privacy in the pool area, which most golf course homes don't have. I needed to find the house and close escrow within 6 weeks.Carol Corcoran worked tirelessly to make this dream come true, and I am 1000% content. I couldn't recommend Carol more highly !!!

Carol is the best in her field. She is hardworking, creative, driven and a sincere pleasure to work with. I listed my Mid-Century modern home with Carol and she did an outstanding job with every facet of the transaction--from gorgeous printed materials to helping me secure the best possible sale price for the property. I live in San Francisco and the distance made it difficult to be present for all of the steps along the way. Carol managed all aspects of the sale from showings to helping me identify quality contractors to support with details at the home. The My bottom-line take away after engaging Carol is she has impeccable integrity, competency and energy. I was tasked with liquidating a real estate asset for an elderly parent.This task came with various friction from other family members, Carol handle all the extracurricular activities with great skill and diplomacy. Carol exhibited great initiative and expertise. Not only does Carol deal with issues as they come out she anticipates potential points of fiction and make sure that they do not happen at all.
Carol quickly assessed the optimum marketing strategy for the property and then she executed that strategy with great efficiency.
Carol does more than just sell property she can take a property from its current state and help get it to an optimal marketing condition. When the process for rehabbing the property got off track Carol quickly stepped in and gracefully got the project back on track.
Summary Carol was a pleasure to work with.
