Benjamin started his Real Estate career in 2007 and within several years, ascended to a top producer in Palm Springs. Currently, Benjamin is the CEO of Leaskou Higgins Corporation. A conglomerate that owns and manages; Desert Lifestyle Properties, LHC Management and LHC Firm Commercial. He also is the CEO of JTE Escrow. Benjamin currently serves as a GPSR Director and has held the seat of Director, MLS Chair, and Treasurer for PSRAR over the last 19 years.

Benjamin and his husband moved from San Francisco to Palm Springs, and they enjoy Contemporary and Fine Art, Antiquities, Opera, Architecture, Automobiles, Golf and Polo. Benjamin is an annual contributor to the Palm Springs Animal Shelter, PS Art Museum, AAP, The CENTER and is also a member of the Old Las Palmas Neighborhood Organization, Arrowhead Lake Association, O‘Donnell Golf Club and The Eldorado Polo Club.
