Gannon, a Palm Springs native from Movie Colony East, has deep roots in the community. He excelled in academics, all local schools, graduating early. Joining Leaskou Higgins Corporation (Formerly, Leaskou Partners Inc.) in 2019, Gannon started as an intern at JTE Escrow (Formerly Joshua Tree Escrow), later becoming Office Administrator and currently serves as Office Manager for Desert Lifestyle Properties (Formerly, BHGRE DLP.) 

Passionate about intellectual pursuits, Gannon enjoys ancient Roman and Greek history, numismatics, and antiquities. Gannon practices Shorin-ryu at Palm Springs Karate Academy (oldest Dojo in Palm Springs), and is a devoted pet owner to three rescue canines. Gannon values the importance of home ownership and helping others in their real estate journeys, especially in this era.
